Accommodation : :
Most
international students coming to Australia make their own short term or
long term accommodation arrangements prior to entering into Australia
with either relatives or friends, who may be already living in
Australia.
If you do not have any friends or relatives in
Australia then you need not to worry. For a fee Unique International
College can make short term accommodation arrangements within your local
areas. This will provide you with the required safety and security until
you organise your own accommodation or meet other students who would be
willing to share accommodation, typically at a reasonable shared rate.
If you want Unique International College to make
bookings for your short term accommodation then you must let us know at
least 5 days prior to your arrival. Payments for this service must be
paid in advance, Unique International College does not charge a fee for
this service, monies paid will go directly to the accommodation
provider.
In most cases international students get together and rent a one-two or
three bedroom house or unit (apartment).
These houses have built in kitchens with electric or
gas stoves, built in toilets and showers, built in lounge/dining area
and bedrooms etc. Students may buy second hand or new furniture such as
beds, sofa/lounges, chairs, tables, fridge, T.V., microwaves, washing
machines etc from local markets.
Real Estate agents are located within South Street
who can provide information regarding housing availability. Current
housing pricing, availability and contact details can be view through
